OUR STORY

First Established in 2004 , named after the first grandchild Irmak.  Brothers Zak & Orhan started trading as Irmak Restaurant in 2011 in Luton. Being the third generation in the family to run restaurants since 1980, the Brothers decided to open a takeaway in Dunstable , which gained attention leading to many National Awards , which  led to the decision to introduce Irmak Lounge, a Restaurant & Shisha venue.

Irmak BBQ has transformed its currently praised cuisine into a sit down dining experience for its guests. Once you step into the lounge you will be greeted with one of the finest interiors Dunstable has ever seen. Authentic Mangal style cooking with creative food shows for the perfect Instagram opportunity. Irmak Lounge introduces an array of Shisha flavours teamed up with our own uniquely designed smoking pipes to deliver an unforgettable smoke. Enjoy memorable moments created by our mixologists over a mocktail or two whilst enjoying the sounds of our resident house DJ.
